All orders are picked up from The Bread Shed, located on our property in Poway, California. You'll receive pickup details when placing your order through the Simply Bread app.

The Bread Shed is our self-serve pickup location where customers can collect pre-ordered sourdough bread, fresh baked goods, and discover a curated selection of clean pantry products. It's our way of making fresh, local bakery items easily accessible to the community.

Yes, grab-and-go items are available whenever stock allows. Since everything is baked fresh in small batches, availability changes daily. Follow us on Instagram for updates on what's fresh from the oven.

Yes. Because we bake in small batches using traditional methods, many of our breads and baked goods sell out quickly. We recommend placing your order early through our weekly menu to avoid missing out.

We prioritize organic ingredients in our baking, including organic flour, along with mineral-rich sea salt and filtered water. We also carefully select clean pantry products that meet the same quality standards we use in our own home.

Our artisan sourdough bread is naturally fermented using our wild sourdough starter, Doughy Parton, and made without commercial yeast, preservatives, or enriched flour. The result is bread with exceptional flavor, texture, and traditional craftsmanship.

Long fermentation allows our sourdough to develop naturally, creating better flavor, texture, and the authentic character that makes traditional sourdough bread so special. We believe great bread simply takes time.

At this time, we do not offer shipping. We proudly serve our local community with fresh pickup orders from The Bread Shed in Poway, California.
